A full map of signed-in routes, workflows, and where data comes from.

Quick start

Open Cards (default signed-in landing from the logo uses browse: All cards, newest sets first, image grid).
Use the scope tabs: All, In collection, Not in collection, or Wishlist. Search, filter by set and rarity, switch grid or list, and sort (including market high–low). Your choices are remembered for the session when you jump to other scopes and come back.
Tap a card or open Details for the full modal: live market pricing, grade breakdown, optional price history chart, eBay-style listings, collection and wishlist actions.
For in-person selling, use Show Table Mode after you mark copies for sale or on the show table from the card modal. Record sales from Show Table Mode; review them on Sales.

Main navigation (desktop sidebar)

Home — portfolio snapshot, time range, recent adds to your collection, shortcuts into Cards.
Cards — unified catalog hub (scopes, search, filters, sort, grid/list).
Scan — photo → vision match → confirm card (plan-gated).
Active Listings — live listing search, reference pricing, deal signals (plan-gated).
Show Table Mode — customer-facing carousel for show inventory.
Sales — sold history, profit filters (plan-gated).
Sets — browse expansions; each set has its own detail page.
Help — this page.
Settings — account, sign out, Stripe billing portal.

Mobile and menus

Bottom bar: Home, Cards, center Scan button, Active Listings, Show Table Mode. Open the user menu for Wishlist, Scanner, Show Table Mode, Active Listings, Sales, and Settings.
Wishlist in the header menu goes to Cards with wishlist scope.

Cards (catalog hub)

Scopes: browse All Pokémon TCG prints; view only what you own (In collection); Missing (not owned); or your Wishlist. Tabs preserve session choices (search text, set, sort, layout, rarity filter) while you move around the app.
Browse defaults: All and Missing default to sorting by market price high to low; Collection defaults to recently added when no column sort is chosen; Wishlist uses the dedicated wishlist layout on the same hub.
Filters and sort: expansion picker, rarity dropdown (including unknown rarity), sort by market price or name; release-date order for how sets are ordered in results (newest vs oldest expansions first).
Display: image grid or compact list rows. Open a card in the detail modal; append cardId to the URL to deep-link straight into a card.
Individual card pages exist at /cards/[id] when you need a dedicated URL for one catalog card.

Card details modal

Opens from tiles, lists, dashboard recents, scanner results, Show Table Mode, and URL cardId on Cards. Tap the art for full-screen zoom; swipe or use keyboard steps when opened from a sequence.
Pricing: hero price updates when live market data loads (spinner while fetching). Grade breakdown (ungraded, PSA tiers) and yearly sales volume when PriceCharting returns a match. Optional price history chart for eligible plans. Refresh price runs a pricing check and persists it for reloads.
Listings: recent eBay-style comps with all-in price and condition when available.
Collection copy actions: List for sale toggles whether your owned copy is offered for sale. Add to show table toggles show-floor highlighting and may mark the item for sale when enabling show mode — the two buttons do different things. You can also remove from collection, add another copy, wishlist, and refresh from scan flows.

Home

Portfolio value and percent change over selectable ranges, 24h move, wishlist count, and a carousel of recent collection adds with links back into Cards and the modal.

Scan

Upload or capture a photo; vision pipeline suggests a TCGdex match; confirm or correct. Shows market snippet and history below when unlocked. Plan-gated under the scanner feature.

See current seller asking prices (eBay / TCGPlayer). PriceCharting guide and recent sold averages help compare asks to market — not the other way around. Without a query, recently indexed listings may appear. Requires Elite buy-board access.

Show Table Mode

A mobile-first selling cockpit: one card at a time, big card art, table/market/floor pricing, quick price chips, one-tap SOLD, undo, filters, QR storefront generation, and a thumbnail strip. The public QR page shows only customer-safe card data.

Sales

Table of completed sales with card image, sale price, and profit when cost basis exists. Filter by Today, 7 days, 30 days, or All; slice to profitable only or losses only.

Sets

Search and browse expansion sets from the catalog (with optional filter for sets that already have cards in your database). Each set links to a detail page with cards and set-level tooling.

Collection and wishlist (data model)

Owned items: multiple copies per catalog card, conditions (NM through DMG), per-copy sale and show flags, sold status, optional floors and notes where the UI exposes them.
Wishlist: target buy price, priority, notes — edited from the wishlist scope or inside the modal when viewing a wishlist card.

Billing, settings, and public site

Billing compares Pro vs Elite style bundles and links to Stripe checkout; manage payment method and invoices from the billing portal (also on Settings).
Settings shows your email, link here, sign out, and the customer portal button.
Log in at /login. Marketing home, pricing, privacy, and terms live off the root routes for guests.

Plans and feature gates

Features such as unlimited collection scale, scanner, show mode, sales tracking, CSV import/export, buy-board market search, advanced pricing and PriceCharting hooks, deal alerts, and analytics each map to minimum plan tiers (Free, Pro, Elite) in code.
When test unlock is enabled in development, paid surfaces may all be visible for QA — production still enforces plan checks on the server for sensitive APIs.

Where pricing and listings come from

Card identity and images: TCGdex (and your Supabase mirror of catalog data).
Market reference: PriceCharting product search with CSV cache fallback; matching uses name, set, and number to reduce wrong-print matches.
Live listings: eBay Browse API with stored snapshots; additional market probes may use Apify TCGplayer where configured.
If Active Listings search returns few hits, try shorter queries (name only) and confirm provider credentials in your deployment environment.
